Adorable... Definitely the cutest Ethan Stone I've had the pleasure to read, I was smiling the whole way through. At first I was a little worried about the old love reuniting trope but Stone definitely pulls it off.

One of the things I enjoy about series books is that you get to catch up on some characters you've met in previous books of the series. In this series the link is the setting which is Hotel Incognito in Las Vegas. It's a destination resort for gay men. The brochure probably reads, 'leave you inhibitions at the door' or something similar.
Sly is the CEO of a diamond company and needs a break so chooses Hotel Incognito. He's in the closet because his father threatened a long time ago to disinherit him if he was gay. About the same time he'd been in a relationship with Rory when they'd been in college together. The break up was hard on both of them. Fast forward twenty years and they both meet by chance at the resort in hotel.
There's so much resentment bubbling around them when the meet up again. Old feelings are hard to squash down. But as the start relaxing around each other, they find that the old love they had for each other is still there. But how are they going to navigate around their painful history and is Sly ready to come out of the closet no matter the cost?
I love stories about second chances especially when it involves first love. Most people never forget their first loves and with Sly and Rory you couldn't help cheering for them even more so when you find out the reason for the break up.
There's more emphasis on the romance than the erotica with this book. But there's plenty of sizzling scenes to keep the temperature up. Also we get to read from Sly's as well as Rory's perspectives. Because this is a longer story, there's also more of a character growth arc.
Do you love your men on the furry side? You get two for you money with this one. *wink*
I'm definitely looking forward to book 3 of the series. I'd love to see where the author takes the characters especially Devon and Blaine? And maybe some new characters. Do we get to see Ricco again? I can't wait. A great read. Can be read as a standalone.

Wow! There’s a lot of story in this very short audio. Obviously, we don’t get the full history of each character, both of whom are in their forties, but we get enough to make this reunion of past lovers story carry a lot of punch.
Sly and Rory are both heading to the Hotel Incognito, a gay resort in Vegas where anything goes. Sly has had to present his “straight” side to the world in order to succeed in the diamond business owned by his father, a notorious homophobe. He did try to come out when he was in college and in love, but his father threatened to disown him, and he wants to run that company very badly. His only escape from that world is to spend some time “incognito,” and this weekend trip is all for him.
Rory Klein is there for a much-needed vacation—the result of nagging, err… prompting, by his best friend. He needs to shake off his worries, including worries related to his job at a drug and alcohol rehab, and he’s all set to have a good time—until he runs into his old college sweetheart, Sly Carson.
At first, neither man wants to bring up the past, so they decide to shelf any recriminations, but they do decide to hang out together, and what they discover is that they still have so much in common that they can have a great time with each other. In fact, over the course of a few days, they are having such a great time, they want to extend it. But first, they have to face the past, and then they have to get past both geographic hurdles and Sly’s father’s hatred of his son being gay.
I truly enjoyed this story—both the story itself and the narration by Greg Boudreaux. The men were older, and that is always a plus in my book! And they were so much fun together. This is a definite must-pick-up audiobook. Don’t hesitate because it’s pure enjoyment for a solid two hours.
